If you have ever wondered what gender lens investing means, this session is for you. Tuti Scott is a thought leader and expert on the subject. She refers to her work as Gender Money Power, a movement that is rooted in the idea that the biggest challenges in the world today can be solved by showcasing the power of women and girls in every part of society.

Tuti believes that money is a defining resource in this movement, so she is bolstering the work of ALL women making it, leveraging it, and strategically reinvesting it. We could not agree more!! Join us as welcome, Tuti, an IFB Pathfinder to speak about how you can invest with a gender lens.

On the surface, intermediaries are entites which stand between one or more foundations and grantee organizations, and which re-grant foundation monies or provide technical assistance to the grantees. They come in a variety of forms, from donor-advised funds to giving circles and fiscal sponsors, from community foundations to collaborative or pooled funds.

At a time when philanthropy is examining its practices with a racial equity and social justice lens, funders are learning with and from intermediaries as a promising strategy for their grantmaking.

Join a diverse panel of members working inside intermediaries and private foundations who fund intermediaries to hear about the practices and approaches funders are adopting at this time to support the change we want to see. Learn about the challenges intermediaries face, where projects may have failed, and where there is still more exploring to be done.

What will you learn?
